I would characterize my personality in three words: career oriented, responsible, and trustworthy. I try to put my best foot forward in everything that I do, and I treat people with respect.

I am naturally curious, always interested to learn something new. I believe that Customer service means going beyond what’s expected of me in my job. I am committed to know as much as I can about the services/products the company provides so that I will be able to provide clients the very best solutions. I see to it that I address the clients' concerns efficiently and in a timely manner.
